What we do
We help pharmacies promote each Pharmacy First condition at the point patients already engage.
Once your pharmacy is set up, you receive direct service links that can be placed on your pharmacy website. EposRx customers can also add Pharmacy First QR prompts to receipts, including any condition flag needed for the service.
Optional bespoke QR code sticker packs let your team signpost individual services from shelves, counters, consultation rooms or selected products.

Use condition-specific QR codes so patients can move from pharmacy materials to the correct service quickly.
Simple activation
Complete signup, return the agreement and direct debit mandate if needed, then receive your active service links.
How the process works
From signup to live service in four steps.
- Choose the right plan. Select EposRx customer pricing or the standard pharmacy plan.
- Complete the online form. Submit your pharmacy details, selected services and agreement confirmation.
- Set up payment. If you do not already have an active subscription, we send a direct debit form for completion.
- Go live. Once the agreement and mandate are complete, we activate your account and send your service links.

Two service routes, based on whether you use EposRx.
Monthly billing is per pharmacy. Optional bespoke QR materials are priced per condition.

Register your pharmacy interest.
Send your details and we will follow up with the appropriate agreement and, where needed, a direct debit form. After completion, your account will be activated and your service links issued.
